PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on June 2nd, 2026 (the “Effective Date”), Hacker USA, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Assignor”), with its principal place of business in Columbia, Maryland, executed a General Assignment for the Benefit of its Creditors (the “General Assignment”) in favor of HUI Liquidation Services, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company (“Assignee”), pursuant to Maryland law. The General Assignment and the wind up and dissolution of the Assignor and its business was approved by unanimous consent of Assignor’s board and the requisite consent of Assignor’s shareholders. Accordingly, this shall serve as notice of termination of any open orders, contracts, or other agreements for the provision of goods or services in favor of Assignor and a formal request that you discontinue any on-going services provided or deliveries made to the Assignor as of the Effective Date. What if I’m owed money for services I provided to HackerUSA, Inc.?
All creditors should complete a Proof of Claim form and submit it and the corresponding invoices to huiliquidation@resolutecommercial.com
When can I expect payment of my submitted claim?
After the Assignment date of June 2, 2026, the Assignee will conduct a creditor claims process where creditor will receive a claim form to be submitted prior to the listed bar date. All claims will be analyzed by the Assignee. After all claims have been validated, funds will be distributed pro-rata as available in the Estate, usually within 90 days post Bar date.
Will I be paid 100% of the claim amount submitted?
Not necessarily. After validation, total funds in the Estate will be determined and distributed accordingly, possibly on a pro rata basis if there are insufficient funds to fully pay all unsecured creditors. The goal is to return as much of the funds as possible back to the Creditors.
I am a Hacker USA, Inc. shareholder. Do I need to complete a claim?
Yes, please complete a claim. It is only necessary to provide verification of the type of shares held and the outstanding quantity.
I received a Notice of Assignment and Proof of Claim form from HackerUSA, Inc., but I don’t show they owe me any money. How can I be sure?
The Notice of Assignment and Proof of Claim forms were sent to all Vendors, Creditors and/or shareholders of HackerUSA, Inc., including former creditors. If your records do not show any outstanding balances owed by HackerUSA, Inc., please disregard the notice.
What if I’m a former employee with questions about my payroll or benefits?
